- You organise and coordinate the logistical processes between production, purchasing and sales
- The processing of production orders in the field of electrical engineering is part of your daily tasks
- You manage incoming and outgoing processes securely in SAP
- In communication and cooperation with international customers and suppliers, especially English and French-speaking ones
- You will provide effective support for the purchase and sale of technical components
- You will reliably prepare reports and coordinate with the production areas
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), alternatively you have a comparable qualification
- You have already gained some experience in logistics and production; ideally you are familiar with technical processes in the field of electrical engineering
- you are confident and experienced in using SAP and MS Office
- you are characterised by a very good command of English, knowledge of French is also an advantage
- Your ability to work in a team and your organisational skills will be put to full use in your day-to-day work
- You are mobile and willing to work day shifts
- A reliable way of working, independence and flexibility round off your profile
