Job description

  • You maintain order confirmations and ensure that you receive them reliably
  • You always keep a cool head on the phone and at reception and give every guest a warm welcome
  • Appointment management is in your hands, You coordinate and guarantee a smooth process
  • by processing orders, you bring supplies into the system and ensure order
  • in invoice management, you print, stamp and structure all documents clearly
  • you actively support the property management, because you know what's important
  • You are up close and personal at flat handovers and inspections and accompany all steps personally
  • You commission and manage tradespeople reliably as required
  • As the voice of the building, you take on direct tenant communication, by email or telephone
  • Prepare bank transfers, book rents and invoices conscientiously in DOMUS
  • Ensure that everything runs smoothly with administrative office work

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), property clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), a bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification
  • You will benefit from some professional experience in the tasks mentioned
  • Furthermore, you are willing to attend a few field service appointments
  • You have a talent for organisation
  • You also have a desire to take on responsibility in industrial and real estate management
  • Your quick comprehension, communicative and confident manner round off your profile
