• You handle customer enquiries in the field of rail vehicle technology reliably and in a solution-oriented manner

• In order to achieve optimal results, you regularly coordinate internally with the various departments
• you are responsible for advising and supporting international customers by telephone, especially in Switzerland

• You have already completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d)
• you have gained valuable experience in dealing with customers
• you naturally have good PC user skills
• you are confident in both written and spoken German and English
• ideally, you will complement your profile with knowledge of French
• you are particularly characterised by a friendly manner and strong communication skills
