Job description

  • You create and maintain data, lists and documents and ensure that all information is complete and up to date
  • You prepare customs clearance documents and make sure that all required information is compiled correctly

Requirements

  • you are also confident with Office applications and use them routinely in your day-to-day work
  • you have a good command of English and can use it in your daily communication
  • you are also reliable, organised and team-oriented and can keep track of several tasks
  • you are flexible in terms of time, as the late shift starts at 8 a.m. and can last until 6 p.m.
