Job description

  • You record vendor invoices and delivery notes in the EAP system and reliably take care of filing without making any postings yourself
  • General administrative tasks such as telephone correspondence, incoming and outgoing mail and e-mail processing are also part of your job
  • You carefully handle a wide range of administrative tasks in the tax office

Requirements

  • You have completed training in the commercial sector, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d) or comparable
  • Experience in the above-mentioned field will benefit you
  • Good computer skills and routine in dealing with EAP systems characterise you
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German
  • A valid work permit rounds off your profile
