- You are responsible for customer care and are available as a contact person for customers regarding spare parts requirements and quotations

- You will also provide support in the sale of spare parts
- In addition, you will be responsible for processing service and spare parts orders
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the support and scheduling of in-house and field service technicians

Requirements
- You have completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have also already gained professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
- You are familiar with MS Office
