Job description

  • You will be responsible for order management and processing by managing and maintaining all commercial order data in SAP/ Excel
  • You will regularly participate in the processing of customer orders up to the creation of order confirmations
  • In close customer contact you will coordinate commercial topics within the company and with the customers
  • Daily you will check and monitor changes and deviations of commercial KPI's (turnover, order backlog, incoming orders)
  • You also carry out daily plausibility checks of changes and deviations as well as weekly reporting of the analysed data
  • You prepare data for reporting to the management and create presentations in coordination with the Head of Internal Sales Commercial
  • You ensure regular participation in the preparation and revision of sales plans

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You are familiar with the common Office applications (Word, Excel) and SAP
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
  • You also have good communication skills and can convey complex information clearly and comprehensibly
  • You work in a reliable, structured and responsible manner
  • Good organisational skills round off your profile
