Job description
- You will be responsible for the independent processing of preparatory bookkeeping as well as the account assignment of relevant documents under strict application of the common DATEV software solutions
- In addition, you will be responsible for timely support in operational purchasing as well as professional communication with external suppliers:and internal specialist departments
- In addition, you will be responsible for the centralised ordering of office supplies and ensure that all necessary consumables are stocked to ensure smooth office operations
- Qualified master data maintenance within the ERP system and general correspondence with business partners:
- In addition, you will support the commercial department in special administrative projects and actively contribute to the optimisation of internal administrative and accounting processes
- Furthermore, you will support the team in preparing monthly financial statements and archiving accounting documents in accordance with the statutory retention periods
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or accounting specialist (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in preparatory accounting as well as in general processing within a manufacturing industrial company or craft business
- Your confident knowledge in the use of DATEV as well as the common MS-Office programmes distinguish you in your daily work with digital work processes
- You have a native level of written and spoken German to ensure legally compliant correspondence with authorities and customers
- You have a good command of the German language:
