• You will independently plan inspection, maintenance and repair work on systems and building technology and monitor the deadlines
• You will be responsible for organising, carrying out and documenting all work steps in the field of technology
• You will be responsible for troubleshooting and fault rectification on production systems and building installations - thus ensuring operational readiness
• You will coordinate external companies and provide support in selecting and commissioning them, plan the deployment and take responsibility for the acceptance of the services
• Draw up work instructions, maintenance plans and protocols for maintenance and calibration activities
• Involve yourself in the procurement of new technical systems and equipment and accompany corresponding qualification measures

• You have completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in maintenance or technical building management
• Also knowledge of organisation, organisation, implementation and documentation of maintenance and repair work
• You have experience in troubleshooting and fault rectification in production or building technology
• A confident handling of technical documentation, plans and instructions is a matter of course for you
• A good command of spoken German characterises you
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and an independent way of working speak for you
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
