- You create orders in the ERP system, maintain and continuously monitor them for a smooth process
- You communicate professionally with suppliers and internal departments regarding order confirmations, delivery dates and any price, quantity and delivery deviations
- You check and approve orders in accordance with DOA guidelines, conduct price discussions, obtain quotations and create meaningful price comparisons
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training as an office administrator (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You already have at least 2 years of professional experience in operational purchasing
- You are confident and experienced in working with SAP
- You are fluent in German, English at least at B2 level
- Dedicated work is a matter of course for you and drives you to find new solutions
