- Your main task includes the operational purchasing of electromechanical and electronic components, display modules, touches as well as merchandise and purchasing as part of an extended workbench
- You will check order confirmations and monitor open deliveries, including dunning and complaints to suppliers
- You are also responsible for purchasing non-production materials
- You carefully check invoices
- You also work closely with production, sales and logistics
Requirements
- You have a completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have a basic technical understanding
- You are fluent in both German and English
- You also have experience in working with ERP systems
- Your working style is structured and characterised by negotiating skills
