Job description

  • You plan, control and monitor material purchasing independently and thus ensure a smooth supply within the company
  • You plan consumables and commercial goods such as C-parts and operating materials in a targeted manner, taking into account costs, quality and delivery dates
  • You ensure material availability at all times and continuously monitor all relevant stocks
  • Order processing, You reliably carry out order processing, deadline tracking and complaint processing
  • You conscientiously maintain article, supplier and order data in the ERP system
  • In close cooperation with the warehouse, production and accounting departments, you optimise collaboration and positively influence the procurement processes
  • You actively promote inventory optimisation and continuous process improvement in purchasing

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or in wholesale and foreign trade
  • Professional experience in scheduling, purchasing or materials management is an advantage for you, as is experience in dealing with suppliers:inside and in C-parts management
  • You are experienced in working with ERP systems and MS Office
  • With very good written and spoken German, you communicate professionally and document confidently
  • With a valid work permit and residence in Germany, you are ideally positioned for this position
  • Organisational talent, negotiation skills and a structured way of working characterise you
  • Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a pronounced cost awareness round off your profile
