• You are responsible for procuring goods and services and always keep an eye on stock levels
• You reliably handle the entire day-to-day operational business, from order initiation to invoice processing
• You actively manage existing supplier relationships, obtain quotations, compare them and conduct price negotiations
• continuously update article and supplier data in the ERP system, for example in SAP
• in the event of missing parts and quality defects, you liaise closely with the specialist departments and process the processes carefully
• you are also responsible for receiving goods

• You have completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), ideally supplemented by further training as a purchasing specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable degree
• You have several years of professional experience in operational purchasing and materials management
• You are confident with MS Office, Excel in particular, and you also have experience with common ERP systems, preferably MS D365
• you have a good command of German and English
• you impress with confident negotiation techniques, assertiveness and a structured way of working
