- You are the primary contact person for all technical systems in your area of responsibility and, together with your team, ensure trouble-free operation

Requirements
- You have a completed technical education as a Bachelor of Engineering Facility Management (m/f/d), Bachelor of Science Building Services Engineering (m/f/d) or as a graduate engineer in supply engineering (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have a comparable qualification as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) with at least three years of relevant professional experience in technical building management
- Your sound knowledge of the relevant regulations such as the Industrial Safety Ordinance, GEFMA, AMEV as well as the relevant DIN standards and VOB
- German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as basic business and property management knowledge are absolutely necessary for the successful performance of this position
- In addition, you have a high degree of communication and moderation skills in order to always be able to act in a goal-oriented and confident manner in consultations with different stakeholders:
- You are characterised by your confident knowledge of common IT applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook, whereby additional experience with SAP is expressly desired
