• You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management, motivation and continuous development of your subordinates in the area of modern production
• In addition, you will be responsible for strategic planning, management and continuous optimisation of all production processes, taking into account the highest quality standards
• In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all occupational safety standards and the professional maintenance of all machinery, including all production facilities

• You have successfully completed your training as a metalworker (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d) and have ideally completed further training as an industrial foreman (m/f/d)
• You have professional and management experience in the field of laser and tube laser cutting and have a technical understanding of complex manufacturing processes
• Your German language skills are at a business fluent level, to ensure internal communication with your team and coordination with the management
• You have a strong hands-on mentality and a high level of initiative to actively shape processes and consistently achieve your set goals
• Your entrepreneurial thinking is characterised by a high sense of responsibility and the ability to always act confidently and decisively, even in stressful situations
• You have a valid work permit for Germany and a permanent residence in Germany
