• You look after customers by phone and in writing and ensure professional and friendly communication
• You take care of general order processing and reliably check invoices
• In day-to-day business, you carry out various administrative tasks and support the team in operational processes

• You have commercial training with technical understanding or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in dealing with customers
• You are confident in using MS Office programmes
• Your profile includes a very good command of German and good written and spoken English
• You are characterised by your ability to work independently and flexibly
• You enjoy interacting with people, openness and strong communication skills
