• You will be responsible for ensuring and processing customer service in metering for all electricity, gas, water and heat sectors
• You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating technical orders
• You will also be responsible for creating and monitoring technical orders and ensuring that completed orders are properly confirmed in the systems
• You will take care of the commercial recording of technical orders, including service allocation and, if necessary, onward billing

• You have completed training as an electronics technician for energy and building services engineering (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the energy industry, in metering or in technical order management
