• You are responsible for ordering vehicle spare parts, operating supplies and consumables
• You work together with the central purchasing department, order processing, internal partners and the billing centre
• You also handle complaints and warranty work

• You have commercial training as an office clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), training in the automotive sector as an automotive mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you are confident in using SAP and MS Office
• you also have a good command of spoken German and valid working papers
• you are in possession of a class B driving licence
• you are a team player and have a good feel for people
• you inspire our customers, are a communication professional and an absolute problem solver
