Job description
- You will be responsible for independently entering, checking and processing customer orders in the SAP system, ensuring complete documentation and process quality
- In addition, you will be responsible for compliance with internal guidelines and checking the completeness of all order-related data from entry to invoicing
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for close coordination with internal interfaces such as Supply Chain Management, to ensure that orders are processed and goods are delivered on time
- Clarifying availability, delivery dates and material-related issues is also part of your role, to ensure a smooth process flow for customers
- as part of your job, you will support technical order clarification by checking specifications and thus ensuring the technical feasibility of all incoming orders
- you will also use existing dashboards to monitor ongoing processes and proactively identify deviations, to derive suitable measures for process optimisation within your team
- Finally, you are responsible for the preparation and visualisation of process data using modern tools such as Power BI in order to create well-founded decision templates for management
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in supply chain management, in export or in general order processing at an industrial company
- You are characterised by your sound knowledge of SAP R/3 (SD) as well as routine use of common MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
- You have a native level of written and spoken German and a very good command of English, in order to communicate professionally with international customers
- In addition, you have initial practical experience in using modern digitalisation tools such as Qlik or Power BI in order to be able to analyse and visualise data efficiently
- You have a valid work permit and reside in Germany, in order to be able to carry out the activities within the framework of direct recruitment without any legal restrictions
- Finally, you are a true organisational talent with a structured way of working, enjoy working in a team and always maintain your high resilience even in stressful situations
