• You process enquiries and prepare quotations for customers:
• You are responsible for the complete order processing - from acceptance and order confirmation to invoicing
• You create credit notes if necessary
• You forward orders to the PDC and compile a prioritised list every day
• You monitor delivery dates and coordinate automated shipping, including forwarding notifications
• You coordinate delivery dates with our customers:You will also be responsible for coordinating delivery dates with our customers and checking forwarding invoices
• providing customer support by telephone and supporting the area sales managers
• you will be responsible for processing in Austria
• you will also provide support with dunning and in the switchboard

• You have experience in order processing
• Ideally, you are familiar with ERP systems
• Very good written and spoken German is a matter of course for you
• You have at least a good command of English, especially in understanding and reading
• You have a valid work permit for Germany
