• You create workshop orders reliably and ensure that they are processed in a customer-oriented and timely manner
• You look after our customers personally on site and maintain regular and respectful contact
• You process complaints and warranty work independently and use your strong communication skills

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, an apprenticeship in the automotive sector or a similar qualification
• Communicative demeanour ensures that customers always feel they are in good hands
• MS Office and SAP knowledge are part of your toolkit and you use them confidently
• German:
• MS Office and SAP knowledge are part of your everyday tools and you use them confidently
• You speak German very well, ideally you also have knowledge of English for customer contact
• You have a driving licence and can travel flexibly to customers and work locations
• With a valid work permit and your residence in Germany, you take on all tasks without restriction
