Job description

  • You will be responsible for the full administrative processing of all freight shipments, including the necessary documentation and system-side handling in the merchandise management system
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the efficient order management of all shipments to be processed as well as the monitoring of the packaging and repackaging processes in the warehouse
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the timely processing and provision of finished freight shipments for subsequent disposition to ensure a smooth flow of goods

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in the area of incoming goods or dispatch processing within a modern and dynamic logistics company
  • You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office programmes and the SAP merchandise management system. SAP merchandise management system are what make you particularly suitable for this position
  • Written and spoken German at native speaker level and a good basic knowledge of English are essential for communicating with customers
  • Furthermore, you have a high degree of flexibility and commitment, to meet the requirements of day-to-day business in the logistics industry at all times
  • Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and always work reliably, in a structured manner and with a strong awareness of quality and occupational safety
