Job description

  • You take care of the complete gross-net payroll accounting for all employees, focusing on the correct consideration of taxes and social security contributions
  • You ensure that all contract changes, salary adjustments, garnishments and address modifications are always up to date by quickly recording them, that all personnel data is always kept up to date
  • With your expertise in reporting, you take over communication with the relevant authorities and ensure that all required reports are reliably prepared
  • Your patience and commitment are evident, when you assist employees with questions relating to deductions, absences or garnishments
  • You use your knowledge to efficiently manage the company pension scheme, various employer benefits and all tasks relating to the annual financial statements


Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting or as a financial or balance sheet accountant, tax clerk or a comparable qualification
  • Your experience in using modern accounting and ERP software such as DATEV and ELOforDATEV is just as strong as your confident use of MS Office tools, especially Excel
  • You are characterised by a special flair for numbers
  • Your strong communication skills and your ability to work constructively in a team make you a valuable colleague
  • You find it easy to familiarise yourself with new topics and deal flexibly with changing requirements
  • With your high level of motivation and your identification with the company's goals, you are happy to actively contribute to further development
