- You will be responsible for the independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting for a defined group of employees, taking into account all current tax and social security requirements
- In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining personnel master data and processing time management within the SAP HCM system to ensure error-free payroll accounting
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the entire certification and reporting process and correspond securely with health insurance companies, tax offices and other authorities on all payroll-related issues in day-to-day business
- Advising employees on individual queries regarding their payroll accounting is also part of your daily tasks and you always act as a competent contact person
- As part of your job, you support the preparation of regular reports and statistics for regular reports and statistics for HR management and conscientiously prepare the necessary data for the annual financial statements

Requirements
