Job description

  • You will create and check payrolls, including deductions and social security contributions - ensuring correct and transparent payrolls
  • Maintaining master data, time recording and wage types in payroll systems such as DATEV Lohn und Gehalt or SAP is part of your area of responsibility
  • Payrolls, statements and reports to social insurance providers and the tax office
  • You will support the team and provide advice on annual equalisation, wage tax certificates and wage law issues

Requirements

  • You have completed training in the commercial sector, for example as a payroll clerk (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or business administrator (m/f/d)
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in temporary employment or in a medium-sized company
  • You are characterised by a sound knowledge of payroll software (DATEV, SAP or similar) and the use of MS Office; Knowledge of labour law is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German skills ensure that you can handle processes confidently and comprehensibly
  • With a valid work permit and residence in Germany, you are ideally positioned for this position
