Job description

  • You will independently carry out the monthly payroll accounting for up to 150 employees with the ERP system "RIB iTWO" in compliance with legal requirements
  • In addition, you will create new personnel master data, maintain this data regularly and conscientiously make any necessary changes from the time employees join the company until they leave
  • In addition, you will handle the certification process in cooperation with the authorities and health insurance companies and take on all administrative tasks in your area
  • The function as a competent contact person for employees and managers in all matters relating to payroll accounting is also part of your job. payroll accounting is also part of your daily tasks

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the commercial field
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in payroll accounting as well as comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of social security and wage tax law
  • You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications and ideally initial experience with the ERP system "RIB iTWO" characterise your working methods
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German, to ensure smooth and professional communication with customers and authorities
  • Furthermore, you bring a high degree of discretion and reliability in dealing with sensitive personnel data as well as a pronounced service orientation for your team
  • Finally, you are a motivated team player and work independently at all times and with a high degree of care and accuracy in your daily tasks
