- You will be responsible for preparing payroll accounting for employees
- You will also be responsible for maintaining personnel master data and monitoring entries and exits
- Processing holiday, sickness and other absence notifications, sickness and other absence reports
- You are responsible for the timely payment of taxes and social security contributions
- You are available to assist employees with questions about payroll accounting, social security or tax matters
- You work closely with external bodies such as authorities and tax advisors and prepare the relevant reports
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have relevant professional experience in payroll accounting
- You are confident in working with common payroll and personnel management systems
- You have sound knowledge of current payroll tax and social security law
- Diligence, discretion and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths
- You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even with a high workload
- You can score points with your communication skills and service orientation
