• You are responsible for preparing payroll accounting for employees
• Maintaining personnel master data and monitoring entries and exits are part of your area of responsibility
• You reliably process holiday, sickness and other absence notifications
• You will ensure that taxes and social security contributions are paid on time
• You will be available to assist employees with questions about payroll accounting, social security or tax issues
• You will work closely with external bodies such as authorities and tax advisors and prepare the relevant notifications

• You have completed commercial training and have relevant professional experience in payroll accounting
• You are confident in using common payroll and personnel management systems
• You have sound knowledge of current payroll tax and social security law
• Diligence, discretion and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths
• you work in a structured manner and maintain an overview even with a high workload
• you can score points with your communication skills and service orientation
