- You will prepare and carry out the monthly financial and payroll accounting independently and on time
- In addition, you will process the remuneration statements and social security notifications of colleagues:
- You are the contact person for all payroll-related issues
- Maintaining the personnel master data is just as much a part of your tasks as general administrative activities
- Regular preparation of personnel statistics and analyses rounds off your area of responsibility
Requirements
- You have completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or other commercial training, ideally with further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d)
- Experience in payroll accounting or payroll accounting is an advantage. You will benefit from this
- You are confident in using Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams)
- In addition, you have sound knowledge of wage tax and social security law
- Last but not least, you will impress with your good knowledge of DATEV, especially in accounting and wages and salaries
