For our client, a medium-sized automotive company in Plettenberg, we are looking for you as a Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) as part of a temporary employment contract with an option to be taken on.

Job description

  • You are primarily responsible for carrying out monthly payroll accounting for a defined group of employees and this requires the highest level of precision
  • You are responsible for all tax and social security reporting processes in strict compliance with all legal deadlines and our client's internal quality standards
  • In all payroll-related issues, you are a competent contact person for your colleagues and external partners:
  • Your tasks also include the continuous maintenance and optimisation of personnel master data as well as the preparation of meaningful statistics and evaluations for the management
  • Independent correspondence with social insurance institutions, offices and health insurance funds in a professional and service-orientated manner as part of day-to-day HR administration
  • You play an active role in supporting payroll tax and social security audits and conscientiously prepare all the necessary documents for the relevant auditing bodies

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d) forms your sound professional basis for this position
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in operational payroll accounting, which will enable you to take on complex tasks confidently and independently at all times
  • A confident handling of common ERP systems and an experienced use of MS Office products, especially Excel, are absolutely essential for your daily work in our company
  • Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, ensure smooth communication with internal departments as well as external authorities and partners:
  • legal residence in Germany and a valid work permit are mandatory for taking up this position in our team at the Plettenberg site
  • you will impress with a high level of reliability, discretion and a pronounced service orientation and thus make a significant contribution to process optimisation within our customer-oriented HR department
