Job description

  • You will be responsible for payroll accounting and handle additional tasks in the area of payroll accounting
  • You will be actively involved as an interface between the departments and in the billing of rental properties
  • You will be responsible for the dunning process
  • You ensure clear and reliable bookkeeping with the general ledger
  • You book travel expenses accurately and in accordance with applicable guidelines
  • The creation and processing of payment runs are part of your fixed area of responsibility
  • You work with commitment on monthly and annual financial statements
  • You prepare the monthly payslips including payment transactions and certificates
  • You carefully accompany wage tax and social security audits
  • You process individual wage issues reliably and in a solution-oriented manner


Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training, ideally as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience, especially in payroll accounting, which is an advantage, but this is not a must
  • You are very familiar with DATEV
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office
  • You are confident in dealing with figures
  • You approach your tasks in a reliable, organised and structured manner
  • You take full responsibility for your area of work
