Job description
- You will be responsible for the monthly preparation and independent implementation of timely payroll accounting for a defined group of employees
- In addition, you will reliably record all sick leave and absences and ensure complete documentation within the payroll system
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for professional communication with external bodies such as the tax office or social security organisations and make all necessary notifications
- Careful maintenance of personnel master data and management of digital personnel files in compliance with data protection regulations

Requirements
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or tax clerk (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound practical professional experience in operational payroll accounting as well as basic knowledge of current tax and social security law
- You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications, in particular a structured way of working with Excel, characterise you in your day-to-day work
- You have a native level of written and spoken German to ensure legally compliant communication with authorities and customers
- You are able to work in the field of payroll accounting:
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of discretion and reliability in dealing with sensitive personnel data as well as a strong service orientation
- Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and always work in a concentrated, structured manner and with high quality standards, even under deadline pressure
- In addition to your professional expertise, you also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
