Job description
- You will be responsible for the independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting for a defined payroll area using SAP R3 as well as the implementation of legal and collectively agreed regulations
- In addition, you will be responsible for the independent processing of all entry, change and departure scenarios as well as the continuous maintenance of personnel master data in your area of responsibility
- In addition, you will provide competent support to employees, managers and the works council as a professional contact person in all payroll-related matters, social security and payroll tax issues
- You will also be responsible for preparing the certification system and handling the electronic reporting system, including the associated correspondence with authorities and social security institutions
- As part of your role, you will support the administrative processes for personnel-related issues such as partial retirement company pension scheme and the processing of foreign postings and visa applications

Requirements
- You have completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or personnel services clerk (m/f/d) as well as specialised further training as a certified payroll accountant (m/f/d)
