Job description

  • You will work in a team of 3 colleagues in payroll accounting
  • You will be responsible for preparing the monthly payrolls of your defined employees on time:

  • Furthermore, you will take care of the certification process, the registration and deregistration processes with social insurance companies and communication with authorities
  • You will also be responsible for employee queries on payroll issues
  • Maintaining employee master data:
  • you will work closely with the works council and heads of unit on personnel issues
  • in the future, you will also be involved in personnel controlling
  • recording absences and correcting time recording round off your job profile

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d), (m/f/d) or comparable qualifications
  • Alternatively, you have a Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • You can score points with an additional qualification in human resources
  • Your experience in payroll accounting will benefit you
  • Ideally, you have further experience in social security law and tax law
  • You are a team player, careful and structured way of working characterises you
