Job description

  • You will check invoices, post supplier invoices and create payment runs and payment instructions in SAP
  • In addition, you will liaise with suppliers, purchasing and internal contacts and conduct correspondence
  • You maintain master data in SAP and perform administrative office tasks such as data entry
  • Your day-to-day work is characterised by structured processing with MS Office and commercial systems
  • Last but not least, you process enquiries and ensure smooth financial processes on a part-time basis

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial foreman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have gained professional experience in accounting
  • You are very welcome as a career changer (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience
  • Your very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of written and spoken English enable smooth communication
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular, and experience with SAP
  • You are characterised by your structured way of working and organisational talent, complemented by strong communication skills and customer orientation
