For our client, a medium-sized flower and plant wholesale company in Hanover, we are looking for you as a Commercial Payroll Assistant (m/f/d) as part of direct placement.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for monthly payroll accounting using the PAISY system and ensure that all payrolls are correct and on time
  • In addition, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers for all questions relating to salary, deductions and social security
  • You will also be responsible for preparing notifications, certificates and timely communication with offices and authorities is also your responsibility
  • You support audits by tax and social security authorities confidently and competently
  • You work actively with the team to further develop our payroll processes in order to make procedures more efficient
  • Your structured and conscientious way of working ensures security in all payroll matters

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial or tax-related training, for example as an office management assistant (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally with the PAISY payroll system
  • You have sound knowledge of payroll tax and social security law as well as basic knowledge of labour law to round off your profile
  • You are experienced in using MS Office and ideally already have experience with rexx HR
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and ideally a good command of English for communication in an international team
