• You will prepare and manage the monthly pay slips for our workshop employees
• With a keen eye, you will maintain remuneration components and keep a handle on remuneration-relevant issues
• In addition, you will invoice the cost bearers for integration assistance services
• You will check cost commitments and ensure correct billing
• Maintaining and updating relevant data in our specialist and billing systems is also part of your everyday work
• In close cooperation with the workshop and billing systems is part of your everyday work
• In close cooperation with the workshop, social services and other administrative areas, you will ensure that processes run smoothly
• you will also answer questions from employees, staff, legal guardians and cost bearers

• You have completed commercial training, a social economy qualification or comparable knowledge
• Experience in payroll and/or benefits accounting - ideally in the social sector or in workshops for people with disabilities - you already have
• You are confident with software applications and accounting systems
