- You will independently prepare and responsibly carry out timely payroll accounting
- Carefully record and manage all relevant data in the area of working time recording
- Your tasks will include creating reports, certificates and analyses
- you will be in regular correspondence with the authorities, health insurance companies and tax offices
- you will provide employees with competent support and advice on important payroll-related issues
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the field of payroll accounting will benefit you
- You are confident in using MS Office products
- A communicative and organised way of working rounds off your profile
