Job description

  • You will be responsible for the full administration and processing of payroll processes in strict compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements for various defined employee groups
  • In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payments and the correct calculation of all taxes and deductions within the monthly payroll cycle for the workforce
  • Furthermore, you will support the various locations with all enquiries regarding off-cycle payments or necessary replacement payments.payments or necessary replacement payments and act as a competent internal and external contact person

Requirements

  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in operational payroll accounting as well as a profound understanding of tax and social security framework conditions in modern human resources
  • You have a sound knowledge of common payroll accounting systems and professional handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel for complex data analyses, You have a good command of written and spoken German at native speaker level and a good command of English to ensure smooth communication within the international company structures at all times
  • You also have a high level of communication skills and a strong customer focus, to develop partnership-based solutions for the individual concerns of the various interest groups
  • Finally, you are absolutely reliable in your way of working and impress with sound judgement and the ability to continuously optimise complex HR processes and design them in an agile manner
