    Job description

    • You will be responsible for the independent and timely preparation, processing and control of monthly payroll accounting via an external data centre for all relevant employees
    • In addition, you will be responsible for all communication with health insurance companies, social security institutions and tax offices, social security institutions and tax offices and ensure compliance with all statutory reporting deadlines

    Requirements

    • You have completed commercial training as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d) and ideally have further training as a certified payroll accountant (m/f/d)
    • In addition, you have sound professional experience in operational payroll accounting and in the support of HR processes within a manufacturing industrial company or at a comparable employer
    • You have a sound knowledge of common payroll programmes as well asprocesses within a manufacturing industrial company or with a comparable employer
