Job description

  • You will be responsible for general HR processing and office organisation
  • You will also create and issue employee ID cards
  • You will be in charge of time management
  • You will take care of personnel scheduling
  • You will be responsible for correspondence with external service providers
  • You will be responsible for correspondence

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have experience in the desired field as well as solid knowledge of time management
  • You are confident in using MS Office
  • Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
  • Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
