Job description

  • You will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision and professional support of your colleagues:

  • In addition, you will be responsible for the independent handling of all administrative personnel processes from the onboarding of new team members to their departure, including the preparation of contracts
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for digital time recording within the SAP and Success Factors systems and ensure error-free data maintenance for downstream payroll accounting
  • The implementation of the monthly payroll accounting, taking into account the current legal provisions, as well as the current legal requirements. and payroll accounting, taking into account the current legal regulations, is also one of your responsible tasks in day-to-day operations
  • As part of your job, you will support correspondence with social security institutions and authorities and act as a competent contact person for all queries on tax issues
  • Finally, you will be responsible for the professional support of upcoming payroll tax and social security audits and provide all necessary documents and evaluations on time and carefully


Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or personnel services clerk (m/f/d) in a company
  • In addition, you have at least three years of sound professional experience in operational personnel processing and payroll accounting using current legal framework conditions and standards
  • You have a sound knowledge of the common SAP and Success Factors modules and are adept at using MS Office applications.applications characterise you in particular
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for communication in an international environment
  • Furthermore, you have a high level of service and empathy in dealing with people as well as an absolutely discreet and trustworthy way of working
