Job description

  • You will support and advise our employees directly at the plant on all personnel-related topics
  • You will implement all processes relating to hiring, transfers, contract changes and terminations responsibly and in compliance with the law - in close coordination with the HR Manager and always taking into account legal, collective bargaining and company requirements
  • Personnel-related documents such as contracts, warnings, and works council hearings
  • You coordinate recruitment and personnel marketing measures and work closely with our Recruiter and the HR Manager
  • You conduct goal-oriented and respectful discussions with employees
  • As the interface to the payroll team, you ensure smooth processes and clear communication

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as a personnel administrator (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • practical experience in the HR department helps you to master challenges with confidence
  • in dealing with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) you feel absolutely confident
  • very good written and spoken German skills make daily communication easy for you
  • independent and reliable work characterises you
