Job description

  • You will be responsible for the independent preparation and processing of payroll accounting to ensure that all payments are made correctly
  • You will complete social security and income tax reports accurately and on time
  • You will create new personnel master data and reliably maintain electronic personnel files
  • You will confidently prepare certificates and reports for employees and authorities
  • Comprehensive, independent correspondence is part of your everyday work
  • You manage working time accounts and holiday entitlements precisely
  • You provide employees with reliable advice and support in the area of payroll accounting

Requirements

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship - e.g. office management assistant (m/f/d) - you bring with you, preferably supplemented by an additional qualification in accounting or billing
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting is available to you and will help you to handle figures confidently
  • Work confidently and efficiently with MS Officeprogrammes confidently and efficiently
  • Knowledge of SAP HR is desirable and will support you in your daily work
  • You have some experience in time management
  • Good written and spoken German is a matter of course for you
  • You have a valid work permit for Germany
