- You will be responsible for the administration of the entire recruiting process, from the placement of job advertisements to the coordination of interviews, to ensure a positive candidate journey
- In addition, you will be responsible for drawing up employment contracts and other personnel-related documents, taking into account labour law and collective bargaining requirements
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for administrative and operational HR work, including maintaining digital personnel files and master data
- Responding to enquiries from employees:
- In your role, you will also support the HR department with projects and special topics to ensure the continuous optimisation of HR processes
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or personnel services clerk (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have initial professional experience in the field of personnel administration, ideally with a focus on recruiting and contract management
- You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications and ideally an HRmanagement system characterise you
- Your German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as good English skills enable you to communicate smoothly
- Furthermore, you bring a high degree of reliability and discretion in dealing with confidential data
- Finally, you are service-oriented and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
