Job description

  • Maintain personnel master data, process entries and exits and carefully manage personnel files
  • Keep an overview of variable data, time accounts and absences in a structured manner
  • Know what is important when it comes to topics such as BEM, maternity leave, parental leave or retrieving E-AUs, or quickly acquire any missing knowledge
  • You create certificates, references, statistics and general correspondence confidently and independently
  • You reliably take care of orders such as bike leasing, work clothing or other procurements including checking and invoicing
  • onboarding, offboarding and applicant management are part of your daily routine
  • with organisational talent you plan internal events such as anniversary celebrations, sporting events or Christmas parties
  • you enjoy taking on creative tasks in marketing, designing advertising materials, notices and small articles and keeping digital boards up to date

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a degree in human resources, economics, administration or a comparable field
  • You have sound practical experience in human resources, especially in master data maintenance, time management, applicant management and employment law
  • You have already gained some practical experience in marketing, for example in event organisation, dealing with advertising materials or writing texts
  • You are confident working with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook; Ideally, you know SAP or are willing to familiarise yourself with it at short notice
