Job description

  • You are the contact person for internal and external partners:internal, managers and employees of the assigned teams on all relevant issues relating to HR support
  • You are responsible for maintaining the HR information system (Workday) and supporting and managing the time recording system (Atoss)
  • You are also responsible for creating contracts, contract amendments, You will also be responsible for creating contracts, contract amendments, certificates and other documents as well as processing relevant HR processes
  • You will be involved in various (including international) HR projects and support with various HR processes (occupational pension scheme, salary adjustment process, employee events, timelines)
  • You will be responsible for preparing statistics and analyses for HR Controlling

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an HR specialist (IHK) (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training as well as several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
  • Very good MS Office skills, MS Excel in particular, as well as good German and English skills
  • You enjoy performing administrative tasks and working in a team
  • You are an organisational talent (m/f/d) with a high degree of service orientation
  • Your own initiative and a careful, proactive and performance-oriented way of working paired with a high degree of flexibility round off your profile
