Job description

  • You will be responsible for the independent and comprehensive implementation of operational personnel management in close coordination with the central payroll department for the various locations
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process from requirements planning to the placement of job advertisements and the selection of suitable talent
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the onboarding of new colleagues:and provide our specialists and managers with advice on all personnel-related issues
  • clarification of labour, social security and tax law framework conditions
  • , social security and tax law framework conditions as well as constructive cooperation with the local works council are also part of your tasks
  • as part of your job, you will develop the annual training plan and implement it for the continuous development of the workforce within the plants
  • finally, you will be responsible for budgeting and controlling personnel costs and ensure smooth personnel administration for the entire DACH region

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration (m/f/d), psychology (m/f/d) or business law (m/f/d) with a focus on personnel management
  • In addition, you have at least three to five years of professional experience in a comparable position within a manufacturing industrial company or the construction industry
  • You have a sound knowledge of labour law, social security and wage tax law as well as sound experience in the Works Constitution Act, social security and wage tax law as well as sound experience in the Works Constitution Act characterise you for this responsible position
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a very good command of English for communication in an international corporate environment
  • You have a valid work permit and residence in Germany, in order to be able to carry out the activities at the various locations without legal restrictions
  • Because you will be responsible for several locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, you will be willing to travel to ensure a regular presence on site
  • Finally, you will have a valid class B driving licence for the necessary business trips and always work in a detail-oriented manner, structured and with a high degree of personal commitment
  • Furthermore, you have a high degree of conflict management skills, intercultural competence and a strong ability to work in a team in the DACH cluster
