For our client, a medium-sized company in the electrical and switchgear industry in Erfurt, we are looking for you as a Personnel Officer (m/f/d) as part of the temporary employment with takeover option.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and advice to managers and all employees on all HR-related issues relating to day-to-day operations
  • In addition, you will be responsible for efficient HR administration and all HR administration, including the timely preparation of all certificates
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the preparation of legally compliant employment contracts, employment contracts, qualified references and the preparation of necessary works council hearings in accordance with legal requirements
  • Preparing the monthly payroll accounting for the current workforce of around one hundred and eighty employees is also one of your responsible and administrative tasks
  • As part of your role, you will actively support the HR team
  • . As part of your role, you will actively support recruiting and applicant management and independently conduct structured interviews to attract new talent
  • Finally, you will be responsible for the administrative support of trainees and act as a competent interface to external authorities, health insurance companies or service providers

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or personnel services clerk (m/f/d) as well as specialist further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position within a medium-sized production company in the industrial sector
  • You have a sound knowledge of current personnel and labour law as well as in-depth knowledge in the field of works constitution law. and labour law as well as sound knowledge in the field of works constitution law distinguish you professionally
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German for internal and external communication with all interfaces involved
