Job description
- You will be responsible for the independent preparation of monthly payroll accounting in strict compliance with all legal, tax and social security regulations, tax and social security regulations together with the service provider
- In addition, you are responsible for the holistic operational personnel work from contract preparation to certificates and conscientiously maintain all personnel files in compliance with data protection
- Furthermore, you are responsible for time recording and absence management and ensure the correct data transfer for the monthly closing work and reporting through your precise working methods
- The preparation and implementation of individual personnel measures as well as the competent counselling of employees. personnel measures and providing competent advice to employees on all payroll-related issues are also part of your varied and responsible area of responsibility
- as part of your role, you will actively support applicant management by coordinating appointments and conducting structured interviews to recruit qualified new team members
- you will also support HR management in optimising internal processes and work closely with external partners and authorities, to ensure the smooth running of HR administration
- Finally, you will be responsible for the timely preparation of statistics and analyses, which serve as a sound basis for decision-making for the management and strategic HR planning within the company
Requirements
- You have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or personnel services clerk (m/f/d) with sound experience in operational payroll accounting
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in the holistic personnel management of a manufacturing company, whereby you have acquired in-depth knowledge of labour, tax and social security law
- You are characterised by your sound knowledge of common payroll systems and MS Office applications, enabling you to efficiently process complex administrative processes and maintain accurate data
- You have a native level of written and spoken German to ensure legally compliant correspondence with authorities and professional communication with customers and employees
- You have a good command of the German language:and employees
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of discretion and reliability in dealing with sensitive personnel data as well as a strong service orientation for the daily counselling of the workforce
- Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner, to ensure that monthly payroll runs and HR processes are completed on time at all times, even with a high workload
- In addition to your professional expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany to fulfil this responsible position
